Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and RPA.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps.
• Proficiency in automating workflows and processes using Power Automate.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Capability to maintain and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Skills to provide training and support to end-users.
• Commitment to staying updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform PL-600 Certificate is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python will be a plus.
• Knowledge of basic programming concepts (OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Coding, SQL, APIs) will be a plus too.
• Education: University Degree Software Engineering Diploma or Masters is a plus.
• Desired Languages: German language is a plus.
