The Manager Academics will be responsible for maintaining and improving academic quality by focusing on school improvement, academic development, professional development, student assessment, and the monitoring and evaluation of AKES, P schools. She/he will provide professional and academic support to RSDUs and schools. She/he will be responsible for preparing short-term and long-term plans for academic and professional development in collaboration with the General Manager and will also maintain close coordination with other agencies providing educational support, governmental and non-governmental organizations, volunteers, and community representatives.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree in any subject and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- The individual should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- The position requires extensive travel within the GB region.
