  • **Minimum Experience:** 4 years in a similar consultancy environment or in a financial services company with a strong experience in risk or regulatory compliance.
  • **Relevant Experience:** Experience of the regulatory framework and working in a compliance/risk department of an authorised firm.

  • Cross financial sector experience is an advantage.
  • Understanding of relevant key Risk & Regulatory issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop proactive and constructive recommendations.
  • Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment.
  • Ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Quick to take and understand a brief.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and autonomy (think on one’s feet).
