The PwC Finance Transformation team supports Financial Departments in their modernization, performance optimization, and process digitalization projects. Based in Toulouse, the team works with major players in aeronautics and defense to transform their finance function through a combination of organizational, process, and technological levers, of which SAP S/4HANA often forms a key foundation. You will integrate a growing, committed, entrepreneurial collective that places business impact and client value at the heart of its approach. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Graduate with a Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• More than 6 years of experience in consulting or Finance transformation, with participation in at least 2 S/4HANA projects or major Finance programs.
• Very good understanding of Finance processes: General accounting, suppliers, clients, fixed assets, treasury OR management control / analytical accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP in one of the following areas: FI or CO.
• Mastery of S/4HANA migration scenarios (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition).
• End-to-end vision of Finance flows and integration challenges.
• Ability to supervise and develop team skills.
• Contribution to business development.
• Involvement in the internal life of the team (animation, recruitment, monitoring, offer construction…).
• Professional English, both written and oral.
