Within the Workforce team, "HR Transformation" consultants are the privileged partners of HRDs and HR or HRIS transformation managers. They support our clients in responding to all types of HR challenges, from strategy to operational execution. Our vision: To become the privileged partner of general management and HRDs to support the transformation of their organization, from strategy definition to concrete implementation, whatever the technological or sectoral context. Our approach is based on four offers, contributing to digital HR solutions and HR analytics:
  • HR Organization: transform the HRD operating model to respond to business dynamics while controlling costs.

Many challenges such as the digitalization of HR processes, the central role of employee or agent data, or artificial intelligence are increasingly important concerns for our clients: you will intervene to support them in finding answers to these challenges. Some examples of missions:
  • Support for digital transformation and modernization of HR processes: diagnosis and definition of the HRIS master plan, assistance with the deployment of a Core HR or HRIS module(s) (aid in choice, implementation, and change management).
  • Diagnosis, redesign, and support for the deployment of the HR operational model with a view to efficiency, control, or cost reduction: mutualization, nearshoring/offshoring, outsourcing...
  • Organizational and performance diagnosis that may lead to recommendations for process optimization or redefinition of employee and manager journeys.
  • Framing and definition of the HRD strategic roadmap and elaboration of the associated transformation business case.
  • Implementation of strategic workforce planning approaches.
You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by helping on the following topics:
  • Animation and development of our internal and external communication.
  • Participation in strategic reflection work (Thought Leadership) to identify subjects on which to position ourselves.
  • Contribution to the development of the firm.
  • Participation in business development and responses to calls for tender.

    Eligibility / Qualification Required:

    • Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or a 3rd cycle university degree.
    • Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in consulting or leading organizational transformation projects.
    • Knowledge of the HR function: its challenges, processes, tools, and operating model.
    • Expertise in the role of AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) for HRIS: from aid in choice to implementation, including methods for accompanying induced changes.
    • Autonomy, commitment, and spirit of initiative.
    • Analytical, synthesis, and creativity skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
    • Taste for innovation, technology, and organizational transformation.
    • Appetite for technologies and the HR function.
    • Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
