Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to join our team in the UAE. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a critical role in evaluating customer service, product quality, and compliance with company standards by visiting various retail and service locations confidentially.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned visits to stores, restaurants, and service providers across the UAE according to predetermined criteria.
• Observe and assess customer service quality, employee behavior, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Complete detailed reports and provide honest, objective feedback based on experiences during visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and anonymity to ensure unbiased evaluations.
• Meet deadlines for submitting evaluations and maintain accurate records of visits.

Requirements:

• Strong observational and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during evaluations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Reliable and flexible to perform visits across various locations within the UAE.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for submitting reports is preferred.
