Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of roads, highways, bridges, and related infrastructure.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, inspection programs, and asset management plans.
Ensure infrastructure meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Supervise and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare budgets, control costs, and manage resource allocation.
Respond to emergencies, incidents, and infrastructure failures in a timely manner.
Coordinate with government authorities, stakeholders, and external agencies.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure operations or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of road construction, maintenance practices, and asset management systems.
Experience managing large teams and multiple contractors.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
