As a DevOps Engineering Manager, you will enable and support the implementation of DevOps practices and automation for data platforms, enabling CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence across Azure, Fabric, and Databricks environments.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps, Databricks, Terraform) are highly desirable.
• 5+ years of proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on data platforms and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure, Fabric, and Databricks, including automation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational best practices for data workloads.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects at scale.
