As a part of our People Technology and Insights (PT&I) Team, you will help deliver PwC initiatives and execute business goals set by leadership. This is a central role in our ongoing transformation objectives. It is essential to the operation of our learning infrastructure and risk compliance.
The L&D System Coordinator serves as the functional owner of the firm’s Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone and Growth Centre), providing direct support to systems administrators and learners across the Irish firm. The role also manages the creation and deployment of eLearning modules, many of which are mandatory under our quality and risk frameworks.
You will be supporting the wider PwC People & Culture team and the business in the use of our people systems, continuously improving our learners’ experience and outcomes. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience and Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cornerstone Learn and L&D administration is essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in system management, troubleshooting, and data handling.
- Proficient in Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Competent in delivering training to LMS administrators on system functionalities.
- Familiarity with developing online learning content.
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive data responsibly.
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and open to mentoring and growth.
- Project management certification is a plus.

- Systems:
- Serve as the primary expert and power user of the firm's LMS (Cornerstone Learn).
- Support the firm’s L&D administrators in LMS operations including training when required.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by working closely with LMS administrators, end-users, and the PwC Global Service Desk.
- Perform system administration tasks such as managing user records and data quality.
- Support of other people related systems where relevant.
- Learning Module Development:
- Advise and collaborate with business teams to understand and define their online training module requirements.
- Develop and oversee the creation of online learning modules using Articulate Rise.
- Data:
- Support technology risk evaluations for relevant tools as required.
- System data extraction & transformation as required.
- Participate in broader HR and L&D system projects to contribute toward long-term strategic objectives in people technology.
