Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager with a strong focus on Conduct regulations (including CPC regulations), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will contribute to high-impact risk, conduct regulatory projects that shape the future of our clients’ businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations. This is a broad role that will deepen your knowledge of emerging regulatory risk. Acting as a compliance subject matter expert you will help drive vital impact across both our team and clients. Responsibilities include: Supporting our clients to proactively identify, assess and mitigate potential risks by developing and implementing policies, procedures and contingency plans tailored to their needs; Supporting clients by conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and monitoring key risk indicators; Collaboratively nurturing and building trusted relationships with risk and compliance functions, working across diverse teams and stakeholders; Knowledge transfer through training, coaching and mentorship with clients is key to the successful implementation of newly developed deliverables for clients; Coaching and mentoring of junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and development; Supporting regulatory proposals to clients to meet their current and emerging risk and compliance needs; Developing collateral and insights to support key Risk and Compliance propositions.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Degree qualified with relevant risk qualifications (e.g. IRM, PRMIA or equivalent) an advantage;
  • 5 + years’ experience in a Financial Services compliance -focused role , ideally with Conduct regulations exposure ( e.g. CPC , SME , DORA, BCP and CCMA ) ;
  • Demonstrable experience and deep technical understanding of the Irish or UK Conduct regulatory landscape and how to meet regulatory expectations ;
  • Experience working with Regulated Institutions, consulting and/or advising on Risk and/or Compliance Management frameworks, policies and processes;
  • An experienced people leader, with a background of inspiring and developing high performance teams;
  • A collaborative and pro-active team member with demonstrable experience of nurturing, guiding and mentoring teams involved in Risk and Compliance activities;
  • Experience driving operational excellence and high-quality standards across Risk teams and processes;

  • A curious and analytical mind-set, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support solutioning, informed decision-making and value business outcomes
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
