Qualification:
Intermediate preferably Bachelors
Experience:
1-2 years of experience (For Supervisory position Minimum 3 years of experience)

Job Description:

Ensure continuous availability of stocks from general store and supply chain (requisition, authorization, consumption, consumption approval through hmis)
Ensure consumption records of items is maintained and up to date all the time.
Notify any anomalies found in consumption patterns of stock.
Follow stock alert level limits (stock out, expiry, over stock)
Ensure good storage conditions of the stock (temp, light, air, humidity etc).
Liaison with the finance department for timely audits.
Liaison with it department for any relevant data entries.
Any task assigned by hod.
