Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Professional experience in a top consulting firm and/or in a strategy setting
- Strong capabilities or interests in the financial services market (banks, insurers, leasing, payment companies, etc.)
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities allowing the development of mid-and and long-term strategies
- Demonstrate quick learning pace, ability to identify risks and to make plans to mitigate them
- Demonstrate strong skills or potential in business development
- Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office literacy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented skills
- The self-starter's skills demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and easily working with ambiguity
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
