Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You have a master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, (Applied) Economics – option HRM or Commercial Engineering or Computer Science.
• You have experience in HCM Workday configuration.
• Being Workday HCM Core certified is a plus.
• Being Workday certified in one or more additional Workday HCM modules (e.g. recruitment, talent & performance, compensation…) is a plus.
• You have completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare).
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems.
• You enjoy being client facing as from day one.
• You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
• You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn.
