In this
Human Capital role, you will be part of the PwC Netherlands team, responsible for HR in a broad sense for Business Unit Noord Oost Centrum within our Line of Service Assurance. You will hold an advisory role and be responsible for the execution of both international and Dutch
Human Capital strategy. You will be the HR point of contact for employees and directors/partners of your Business Unit, as well as a pivotal link between the business and other internal stakeholders such as the HR center, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Finance, and Planning. This involves regularly visiting offices in Groningen, Utrecht, and Zwolle. The primary location for this
HR Manager position is
Utrecht.
Your tasks include:
- Advising partners/directors on a wide range of HR issues (including talent development, workforce optimization focused on inflow, progression, and outflow, and broader organizational and change issues fitting PwC's complex and dynamic context).
- Translating the results of the annual People Survey into a strategic Business Unit HC plan and executing the plan.
- Conducting talent management discussions with employees and performing and following up on an annual talent scan.
- Coordinating the annual appraisal and reward process.
In this role, you will report directly to the HC Business Partner of the Line of Service Assurance and work closely with the HC Partner of BU Noord Oost Centrum. This is a prime
HR job in the Netherlands for experienced professionals.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You are an ambitious professional eager to further develop yourself in the
HR field as an
HR Manager. You want to develop your analytical skills, improve your advisory capabilities, build relationships, make an impact, and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You are enterprising with a considerable degree of style flexibility, combining ideas with a pragmatic approach. You also take responsibility, possess highly developed communication skills, and the necessary empathy. Furthermore, you are proactive, have a good sense of political relations, and know how to create support for Human Capital at all levels through your presentation and communication style. You are full of energy and also:
- Possess a minimum of WO (University Academic) thinking level and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar HR advisory environment.
- Have an affinity for digitalization and are proficient in working with various systems, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Workday.
- Have a strong command of both Dutch and English languages.
