To lead and manage functional side of SAP HR/HCM implementation extension at KW&SC as per government HR related standards. Act as lead trainer and ensure mapping of current processes onto SAP HR/HCM, keeping change management, data integrity/accuracy and compliance at all times. Ensure relevant standard operating procedures are established and followed. Timely and accurate management reporting through dashboards and reports.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification & Experience: Masters' in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. Professional certifications such as SAP HR/HCM or additional SAP modules (CO, MM, PS, FI, SAC) would be an advantage. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience of implementing /supporting SAP HR/HCM. Experience with public sector HR systems/payroll processes is highly preferred.
