Position Summary: Act as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution on digital transformation programs for Belgian FS clients. You will design target operating models, map customer journeys, and translate business needs into actionable delivery backlogs, delivering measurable value in demanding client settings.
Key responsibilities:- Map end-to-end customer journeys and business processes for digital banking or insurance solutions; identify pain points and propose improvements.
- Define functional designs and target operating models aligned with client strategy.
- Translate business needs into backlog items: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria; coordinate with product owners and IT squads.
- Validate that deployed solutions deliver expected business value (KPIs, user feedback, digital adoption).
- Participate in discovery/prototyping phases and help build MVPs for digital features.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience: 1-4 years’ experience in business/functional analysis or product roles in banking, insurance, or similar sectors.
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience is a strong plus.
- Functional Knowledge: In at least one core FS domain (e.g., onboarding, servicing, lending, cards/payments, claims/policy admin).
- Skills: Strong skills in process & journey mapping, stakeholder interviews, UX sensitivity, backlog management.
- Tools Proficiency: Jira/Confluence, affinity with service-design/journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro), and a strong ability to create clear visual designs (PowerPoint or similar).
- Personal Attributes: Fast learner, clear persuasive communicator, energized by solving complex problems, constructive, collaborative, "can-do" mentality, resilient.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with professional command of Dutch or French.
