The “Data & AI For Risk” teams are an integral part of this approach: they develop and implement solutions based on data science, data visualization, modeling, and artificial intelligence to enhance the performance and reliability of risk analyses. As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in high added-value missions, combining Risk business expertise and analytical excellence:

• Pilotage et delivery
  • Conduire des missions data au service des problématiques Risk (audit, contrôle interne, conformité, forensic, finance, actuariat, risques opérationnels et réglementaires) ;
  • Encadrer des consultants et analystes dans la réalisation des travaux ;
  • Garantir la qualité technique, la robustesse méthodologique et le respect des délais ;
  • Être l’interlocuteur clé du client sur les sujets data et analytics.
• Expertise Data & IA
  • Concevoir et superviser des pipelines de collecte, nettoyage et structuration de données multi-sources ;
  • Développer et valider des modèles d’analyse, de scoring ou de détection d’anomalies ;
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions d’automatisation et d’industrialisation des analyses ;
  • Concevoir des dashboards et outils de pilotage à destination des directions métiers et risques ;
  • Intégrer des approches innovantes (IA, machine learning, analytics avancé, outils cloud).
• Développement et innovation
  • Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et d’innovation chez les clients ;
  • Contribuer au développement d’offres Data & AI For Risk ;
  • Participer à des actions de business development (réponses à appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, soutenances).

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Graduate of an engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, audit, or data environment applied to risks.
• Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, and internal control issues.
• Confirmed experience in project management and team supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented mind.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior level interlocutors.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.

Expected Technical Skills:

• Languages: Python, R, SQL
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• Visualization: Power BI, Streamlit, Shiny
• Automation / analytics tools: Alteryx, Workbench, Azure ML, Dataiku
• Knowledge of cloud environments and good practices for data industrialization.
• Experience in statistical modeling and/or machine learning applied to risks.
