Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Officer to join our HSE Department in Al Qiddiya site, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on site, implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures on site
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client HSE requirements
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to site personnel
• Coordinate with project management on all HSE matters
• Prepare and submit HSE reports and statistics

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in GCC
• Must hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate
• Must hold a valid IOSH Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in Rockfall Protection, Shotcrete Walling, or Underground Metro Station projects is highly preferred
