Our Tax Teams include, for example, Corporate Tax, Accounting & Tax Compliance, Financial Services Tax, Tax Technology, Umsatzsteuer, Transfer Pricing, and Tax People & Organisation. • Independently supervise and advise our national and international clients on all tax law matters.
• Lead restructurings and reorganizations and participate in tax audits.
• Gradually take on leadership responsibility for young employees.
• Develop tax concepts and support the implementation of tax-relevant processes.
• Handle special tax projects (i.e., M&A transactions, Tax Due Diligence).
• Independent responsibility for tax compliance (especially in the area of the tax declaration process) of our clients.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
