The purpose of the
Personal Independence Team is to assist and ensure the personal independence compliance of all partners and professionals. This crucial role involves tasks related to project quality, risk management, and regulatory responses within a leading accounting or
financial services firm.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for independence compliance related work, including planning, executing, and managing personal independence related processes for the firm's project quality and risk.
- Providing consultation and organizing training sessions on the aforementioned work items for colleagues.
- Responding to internal inspections from regulatory authorities (e.g., FSC, PCAOB, etc.) and the company's risk management department.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Skills and Attributes:
- Good at socializing, friendly, and happy to communicate with others.
- Strong stress resistance, adaptable and flexible, capable of problem-solving under high pressure.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and adjust work priorities at any time.
- Team player, willing to provide support when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office software operations, especially Word & Excel.
- Good Chinese writing ability and English reading/speaking ability.
Preferred Experience:
- Work experience in a large accounting firm/financial services industry is preferred.
