PwC is currently looking to expand its administrative team by recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the Tax and Legal Line of Service. The team working in support services focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the firm. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. We are looking for candidates who are presentable, enthusiastic, punctual, and have the ability to work on their own initiative and towards deadlines. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, as they will hold the role of first point of contact between the firm and its stakeholders. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following: Answering, forwarding phone calls, or taking relevant messages Booking meetings, greeting visitors and clients, and setting up meeting rooms Maintaining the upkeep of the administration area and adjacent areas on the floor Receiving, sorting and scanning incoming mail General day-to-day administrative duties, as may be required by the firm. - A valid driving license.
- Administrative experience would be considered an asset.
