In testing and quality assurance at PwC, you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior tester with extensive experience in SAP testing.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in managing testing processes and teams.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for SAP.
  • Experience in SAP activate methodology.
  • Proven experience in managing SIT/UAT Cycles in medium - big scaled project.
  • Awareness of other enterprise application is a big plus (oracle, MS Dynamics, Saleforce).
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
  • Set test strategy and plan.
  • Set/review UAT strategy.
  • Very good communication and reporting skills.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
  • Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
