Your Mission and Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of payroll for a variety of client organisations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate, up to date, and confidential employee data across multiple systems.
- Assist with statutory requirements, including returns, reports, and remuneration statements.
- Prepare and support submissions such as Fund Claims and other statutory documentation, liaising with local authorities where required.
- Respond to payroll related queries from clients with professionalism, clarity, and a strong service mindset.
- Provide general guidance on employment related administrative matters, escalating complex queries when appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues across PwC to deliver seamless, end to end client service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, efficiency, and the overall client experience.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

- Holds (or is working towards) at least an MQF Level 3 qualification. A Diploma in Business from MCAST (MQF Level 3) is considered an asset, but is not essential.
