We are currently seeking a part-time ACCA Lecturer to join our team on a flexible work schedule across a number of areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Audit & Assurance, and Taxation.
Your Mission: Deliver high-quality, engaging ACCA exam preparation courses, including classes, and revision sessions, ensuring content is aligned with the latest ACCA syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and mock exams, tailoring content to the specific needs of the students. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering additional support to students who may need help with complex topics. Monitor student progress through assessments and feedback, ensuring students are on track to pass their exams. Collaborate with other subject-matter experts within the firm to deliver an integrated learning experience. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to enhance learning experiences. Stay up to date with changes in the ACCA syllabus, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting or ACCA Qualification.
- Experience in teaching or lecturing ACCA or accountancy's-related courses is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for students at various levels.
- Proven ability to motivate and support students in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods, including face-to-face and virtual learning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
