This Senior Consultant role is within the Advisory Line of Service, specializing in Technology. The core focus is on Customer Transformation – SAP CX, where you will help clients improve how they reach, serve, and retain their customers through better experiences and smart strategies.
You will support top companies in implementing and integrating SAP CX tools for Sales or Service, working with global clients across various industries to support their digital transformation initiatives. Your field of activity includes advising leading companies on the implementation and integration of SAP CX in the areas of Sales or Service, enabling digital transformations of individual business units to entire business models across the globe.
As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include gathering customer requirements, designing and improving processes, configuring SAP systems, and suggesting system enhancements. There is potential to lead a team of experts. Continuous learning is encouraged, requiring you to stay updated with the latest SAP CX technologies, including AI and automation, to help clients stay competitive.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: A degree in business informatics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience (Consultant Level): Experience in SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S4HANA Service or CRM, especially in improving business processes in sales or service.
- Experience (Senior Consultant Level): From 4-7 years of SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM. Experience and strong skills in process improvement in the same areas.
- Technical Expertise (depending on your profile):
- Deep knowledge of SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
- Experience with system configuration and functions like Service Requests, Contracts, Orders, Confirmations, and Maintenance.
- Integration with Finance, Sales (e.g. returns, billing), and Logistics is a plus.
- Skills Needed:
- Experience of SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
- Quick to understand complex problems and find practical solutions.
- Great at building trust with clients and colleagues.
