In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant to join our SAP team at PwC Greece. This role involves partnering with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements for expense and request for travel. You will lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Concur implementations, from planning to post–go‑live support. Responsibilities include running workshops, interviews, and detailed requirements sessions using Concur Workbooks; designing and configuring SAP Concur solutions (workflows, policies, forms, audit rules, tax configurations, travel allowance); conducting client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs. Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Concur design, implementation, and optimization. Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Oversee ticket quality, deliverables review, and reporting. Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs. Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, incident/change/problem management. Ensure high-quality support services in both implementation and managed services contexts. Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Concur (Expense, Request).
• Minimum 3 full end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementations.
• Hands‑on experience in both support and implementation projects.
• Proven experience with multinational clients, including defining and implementing a global template.
• Strong configuration experience in:
  • Workflows
  • Expense/Request modules
  • Forms
  • Audit & business rules
  • Tax settings
  • Travel Allowance
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, FI is a plus.
• Strong ticket management, SLA adherence, and incident/change/problem management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to independently lead workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
