Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Experience & Skills:
  • You have initial experience in consulting or in the strategy, transformation and value chain area (Operations Vision, E2E Target Operating Model along the supply chain).
  • You are enthusiastic about designing new operations strategies and then transforming them by planning supply chains, designing processes and introducing relevant technologies.
  • Your analytical skills combined with a hands-on and collaborative mentality enable you to recognize individual issues and find solutions to problems.
  • You have strong skills in slide writing and are proficient in using PowerPoint to create clear, visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • You have advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) relevant to value chain management.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is nice to have.
