This Manager role is within the Advisory - Other specialism. The primary responsibilities include:
- Provide daily technical support (L2) to global Salesforce users.
- Manage user rights and permissions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation on Salesforce solution usage.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate and follow up as appropriate.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for different functional groups.
- Manage elevated access requests.
- Analyze integration problems and data flows.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects or global projects under ITIL methodologies.
- More than 5 years configuring Salesforce in Sales Cloud (Lightning Experience): permissions, object relationships, triggers, workflows, and frontend configuration.
- Experience documenting processes and designing solutions using diagrams (process flows, sequence diagrams, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office (desirable).
- Advanced English (exclusive).

- Additional certifications (administrator, designer, developer, architect, consultant)
