Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate: Up to 12 months of experience in a business analysis role or relevant internship experience.
- Experience hire: 2 - 6 years of experience in business analysis role or relevant experience related with Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Added values, if have:- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
