As part of our Business Restructuring Services team, you will assist in the preparation and execution of transaction related projects, from initial analysis of information to transaction strategy development and execution. You will participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities, including providing assistance in the preparation of pitches and presentations, analyze complex financial information, facilitate internal and external team and client meetings, build and maintain strong relationships with key client contact, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance performance and drive innovation. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting concepts, audits, valuation techniques, or other relevant areas.
• A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas.
• Having initiated a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) would be highly appreciated.
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis and visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Power Tools, Alteryx) and Advanced excel skills will be highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek.
• Problem solving skills and a genuine passion about financial analysis and data analytics.
• Confident and positive, “can do” attitude.
• Commitment to providing quality work and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated and driven individuals, with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest in their own personal upskilling and professional development.
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
