They actively support clients in the insurance sector with the implementation of the new IFRS 17 financial reporting standard. We are currently seeking a
Senior Consultant / Starszy Konsultant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal
consulting role, your future responsibilities will include: active participation in
actuarial projects involving the building, testing, and documentation of
actuarial models within systems such as Prophet and Risk Agility FM; development of sophisticated actuarial tools to enhance actuarial processes, including data collection, setting actuarial assumptions, and calculating reserves; the crucial development of a specialized solution for
IFRS 17 reporting, encompassing methodological advancements, close collaboration with development and testing teams, and the implementation of modifications and solutions in a production environment; and engagement in various other
insurance projects from a tool-centric perspective, such as regular reviews, optimization of
actuarial models and processes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Possess several years of professional experience in the actuarial field, especially regarding the process of product tariffication and determining the level of technical and insurance reserves.
- Familiarity with Embedded Value, Solvency II, reinsurance calculations, and similar concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including VBA programming, SQL language, and practical experience working with databases.
- Demonstrated experience in data modeling, data preparation/processing, and data quality control.
- Proven experience in actuarial modeling, with proficiency in Prophet, RAFM, or other actuarial systems.
- Possess strong analytical abilities and a robust problem-solving orientation for independent task resolution.
- Exhibit knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools for daily work application (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Very good command of the English language.
- Highly Desired: Familiarity with issues related to IFRS 17.
