Therefore, we are looking for a professional with knowledge in the Banking and/or Insurance sector to join our financial sector team in Madrid, within the General Consulting services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant or project manager to drive strategic initiatives and deliver value in the dynamic financial services sector.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Demonstrated experience, minimum of 4 years, in project management within financial entities.
- Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in defining new Business Models and new Operational Models, as well as knowledge of key processes and operations of financial companies.
- Coordination of business (operational) projects with involvement of technological teams.
- Functional knowledge of the financial business: digital channels, payment methods, risks, insurance, regulatory compliance, technological innovation applied to the financial sector, etc.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in executive environments.
- Experience managing large PMOs.
- English C1 level.
- Valuable: participation in requirements gathering projects for the development of technological solutions and knowledge of BPM-type solutions (low-code).
