Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Minimum Master's degree (18 years of education) in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university.
• Preference may be given to candidates with specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Technology Management.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial/lead role, preferably in incubation centers, innovation hubs, ORICs, or similar environments.
• Experience in startup incubation, project management, industry linkages, and commercialization will be highly desirable.
