Memon Medical Institute Hospital is seeking a Head of Laboratory. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and ISO/international standards. The role also involves managing, mentoring, and training laboratory staff to maintain high performance, maintaining and calibrating sophisticated diagnostic/analytical equipment, and ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory reports.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
- FCPS in Microbiology or Pathology/PhD in Microbiology.
- Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Only candidates drawing above Rs. 750,000/- per month will be considered.
