The IAM L3 Senior Associate is a senior technical role within Cyber Data & Technology Risk Managed Services, responsible for supporting and operating enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across complex client environments. The role acts as a technical escalation point, ensuring stable IAM operations, compliance with security standards, and effective access governance across Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management solutions. Key responsibilities include providing advanced operational support for IAM platforms, configuring and maintaining IAM systems, performing access reviews and audits, troubleshooting complex IAM incidents, supporting IAM automation, ensuring SLA compliance, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations and support
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IAM tools across IGA, Access Management, and PAM
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access certifications
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Technical Skills & Tools:
  • IGA: SailPoint IdentityNow / SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt
  • Access Management: Okta, Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra
  • PAM: CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust
  • IAM Standards: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, Integrated Windows Authentication
  • Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Ruby, REST APIs
  • ITSM & Operations: ServiceNow, Jira, ITIL processes
