Memon Medical Institute Hospital is seeking a Head of ENT. This position involves providing expert consultations and performing complex surgical procedures, such as Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), head and neck cancer, and cochlear implants. The Head of ENT will define clinical priorities and ensure the department adheres to high-performance standards for both inpatient and outpatient services, lead continuous quality improvement activities, monitor clinical outcome measurements, and develop departmental procedures and guidelines to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
• FRCS/FCPS (or equivalent) in ENT.
• Proven expertise in advanced ENT procedures, including FESS, Head & Neck Oncology, and Skull Base Surgery.
