Eligibility / Qualification Required:
As a Management Consultant - Strategy & Operations - Plan (at senior associate level), you'll make an impact by:
- Focusing on supply chain planning including demand planning, supply planning and inventory planning
- Analyzing identified issues and help define approaches to manage and solve them proactively by using PwC best practices and benchmarks
- Being responsible of providing top-quality deliverables
- Be an active project member of mixed PwC and client teams in a multinational environment
- Reflecting with more senior people on the approach and on the key decisions over the lifetime of a project
- Contributing to business development initiatives
- Continuously learn to further develop yourself.
Within PwC - Strategy & Operations we are focused on 4 main industries: Pharma & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, Energy, Utilities, Resources and Chemicals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience.
- Experience in one of the four above mentioned industries (Pharma & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive or Energy, Utilities, Resources and Chemicals).
- Minimum two years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Previous business consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premises.
- Pro-active approach with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Fluent in English, and Dutch or French.
- Flexibility to work in different environments and locations (travel abroad up to three days per week) and easily acquire new skills and expertise.
