Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join our SAP team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
As a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, from planning to post–go‑live support
- Conduct client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP PM design, implementation, and optimization
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs
- Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, incident/change/problem management
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Demonstrate critical thinking and structure when communicating with stakeholders
- Stay updated on SAP PM features, releases, product enhancements and new technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical fields.
- 5-10 years of experience including full-cycle implementations, configuration, and deep knowledge of SAP PM functional areas
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and integration with other modules like MM (Materials Management) or PP (Production Planning)
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
