Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Ph.D. in Biological Sciences particularly in the field of Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Genetics from an HEC recognized University/Institution with proven research record in the field of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering.
• Ten (10) years teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization in the field of Medical Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering.
• Ten (10) research publications with at least 04 publications in the last 05 years in journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on Basic Pay Scale i.e. research papers published in research journals that fall under the HEC categorization of national and international journals with Impact Factor (web of Science: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) / W-Category) by HEC recognized Indexing Agencies.

How to Apply:

• Application Forms can be obtained from the Administration Office of KIBGE on payment of Rs. 5,000/- payable through Pay Order in favor of "KIBGE".
• Six copies of the application form and separate dossiers with copies of documents and published articles must be submitted to the Administration Office of KIBGE latest by April 10, 2026.

General Conditions:

• The qualifications and experience from HEC recognized institutions shall be accepted.
• Above mentioned positions will be filled on regular basis on Contributory Pension Scheme.
• In-service Govt. Employees: Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
