Your team: Within the
Risk & Quality (R&Q) Assurance (Audit) team, the Senior Associate or Junior Manager plays a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of risk and quality management processes (SoQM) within the Assurance LoS. He/she provides operational support, contributes to the establishment and evolution of the risk and quality management system, while contributing to compliance with regulatory requirements and PwC network standards. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Missions:
- Assist partners, directors, and senior managers of the Risk Management team in exercising their responsibilities, both in technical Risk Management consultations, project management, and the implementation of internal processes designed to meet regulatory obligations (Rotation, Contractualization, Report Issuance, Mission Acceptance and Maintenance, Anti-Money Laundering, ESG, QRP/Independent Reviewer, etc.).
- Contribute to the preparation of automated reporting Dashboards and to the management of any exceptions identified in our control processes.
- Contribute to the design and animation of training projects for teams (in-person training, lunch & learn, webcast, etc.).
- Participate in the development of Knowledge Management tools within RM (development of pages in Audit or Durability Homepages, etc.).
- Participate in cross-functional projects (ESG, digitalization of the function, continuous improvement approach, change management) and, eventually, take responsibility for an internal Risk Management project.
Your Profile:
- You have developed your expertise in Audit – ideally with experience auditing listed companies.
- You master the Microsoft suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- You demonstrate rigor in your analyses and your sense of synthesis in presenting technical positions.
- You are organized, rigorous, know how to manage priorities, and have an eye for detail.
- You show initiative, autonomy, and know how to work in a team.
- You are open to change, curious, and have an appetite for technical subjects and the implementation of internal processes.
- You demonstrate discretion, professional ethics, and a sense of confidentiality.
