Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain robust BI solutions.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
- Develop and optimize DAX queries and data models for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Implement and maintain data security and governance standards within Power BI.
- Monitor BI tools performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders on Power BI usage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance , or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, and Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Proven financial background with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory).
- Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst) are a bonus.
