As an AI Senior Manager - Azure AI Architect, you will architect and oversee the delivery of AI and machine learning solutions using Azure AI services - including Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, and Cognitive Services. You will drive enterprise-scale adoption of AI to deliver measurable business value for our clients. Your responsibilities include: Guiding the design and architecture of end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions leveraging Azure AI services; overseeing the delivery of projects using Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, and Cognitive Services to solve complex business challenges; collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions; enabling the adoption of AI and machine learning across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable value delivery; guiding and coaching teams in best practices for AI solution development, deployment, and governance; integrating AI solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems; advocating responsible AI practices, including security, compliance, and ethical considerations; communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with IT personnel, executives, and user communities; and committing to ongoing learning and encouraging team growth to support your team’s development with the support of the wider PwC network.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- **Education:** BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Certifications:** Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- **Experience:** 8+ years of experience in architecting and delivering AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on Azure AI services.
- **Deep Expertise:** Deep expertise in Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and related Azure technologies.
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated experience in driving enterprise-scale AI adoption and delivering measurable business value.
- **Technical Understanding:** Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and MLOps best practices.
- **Integration Experience:** Experience with integration patterns for Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills to effectively explain architectural decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.
- **Leadership:** Experience leading and empowering technical teams in agile, cross-functional environments.
