Make a real impact: As a Senior Experience Architect and Workshop Facilitator, you design and lead high impact Experience Center sessions end to end. You are responsible for the structure, flow, and outcomes of each engagement, ensuring every workshop creates clarity, alignment, and momentum toward action. This is an orchestration role that blends strategy, facilitation, and experience design. Your responsibilities include: Designing end to end workshop experiences based on the engagement goal, Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable sessions, Selecting and tailoring the right methods, tools, and exercises for each audience, Facilitating sessions with confidence, pace, and authority, Guiding participants through divergence and convergence without losing focus, Challenging assumptions and surfacing real decisions, not just ideas, Synthesizing insights in real time and steering groups toward outcomes, Aligning business, experience, and technology perspectives during sessions, Partnering closely with researchers, technologists, and hosts before and during delivery, Ensuring outputs are clear, usable, and ready for next steps after the session.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You bring deep facilitation expertise, strong leadership presence, and the ability to guide diverse stakeholders from complexity to clarity and decisions.
- 7+ years of experience in facilitation, experience design, service design, strategy, or related roles.
- A university degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Strong presence in the room, with the ability to command attention without dominating conversations.
- Sharp judgment on when to push, pause, or reframe discussions to keep groups productive.
- Proven experience facilitating senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to design and run experiences that feel effortless while delivering clear outcomes.
- Hands on experience with workshop and collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, FigJam, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as design thinking, service design, journey mapping, problem framing, and decision-making techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Greek), with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- Strong written communication skills, especially when summarizing outcomes, decisions, and next steps.
- A mindset focused on outcomes, decisions, and action rather than activity.
