Your tasks in our team:

• Consulting and guiding companies in the implementation of challenging AI projects in sectors such as retail, energy supply, finance, and with large international institutions.
• Taking overall responsibility for AI projects – from the initial strategy process, defining requirements and technical architectures, to successful go-live and operation.
• Developing and implementing optimization and automation solutions based on modern AI technologies with a focus on methodical software development and sustainable architecture concepts.
• Promoting and integrating the latest AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), to create innovative and business-value-oriented solutions.
• Leading architectural design and hands-on participation in the development of prototypes and the implementation of AI components and interfaces.
• Leading interdisciplinary development teams, managing agile processes, and ensuring quality throughout the entire project and development cycle.
• Technical support in the pre-sales process: Act as a technical sparring partner for our clients, develop solution concepts, and conduct technical presentations and feasibility analyses.
• Active collaboration and stakeholder management on the client side and with internal teams to unify technical and strategic goals.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with a strong technical focus.
• Profound experience in methodical software development, modern software architecture (e.g., Hybrid- and Cloud-native Architectures, Serverless, Containerization) and Full-Stack technologies, especially in the AI context.
• Practical experience with Cloud architectures, especially Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS, and their productive use in AI projects.
• Deep knowledge and practical application experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
• Practical experience in leading development teams and the responsible implementation of complex AI projects.
• Hands-on implementation of End-to-End projects – from system and database design, creating User Stories and Requirements, to implementing Frontend and Backend components.
• Several years of experience in consulting, secure Stakeholder Management, and strong communication skills in German and English.
• Profound knowledge in the use of CI/CD in software projects.
• Strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and enjoyment in solving complex challenges sustainably and creatively.
• High degree of initiative, willingness to learn, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
