This Manager / Senior Manager role is pivotal in leading and managing legal advisory projects for a diverse range of clients. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic legal solutions, ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, and contribute to the overall growth of the legal practice. Key Responsibilities for this Corporate Law Manager / Senior Manager position include:

• Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the legal practice.
• Compliance: Ensure that all legal activities comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, and advise clients on legal risk management.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client advisory and internal decision-making processes.
• Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Cross-functional Collaborations: Work closely with other PwC Line of Services to provide integrated solutions to clients.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable universities. A Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Professional experience working in a Law Firm:
  • Manager: 4 - 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Senior Manager: more than 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong background in corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
• Have a PERADI License.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
