The Additional Director Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality assurance systems across all academic and administrative functions of the university.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in an academic setting.
- Strong understanding of HEC quality assurance frameworks and international accreditation standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with HEC and international standards.
- Oversee internal and external quality audits and assessments.
- Manage program accreditation and compliance processes.
- Provide training and support to departments on quality enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities to senior management.
