What we offer you:

• Participate in the design, implementation, and improvement of the effectiveness of our clients' internal control systems to support them in managing their risks (creation of control frameworks and their evaluation, implementation of the internal control function, compliance of systems with SOX requirements, etc.)
• Work with structures in various sectors (excluding banking and insurance): aerospace, automotive, environment, energy, luxury, etc.; A certain number of these clients being subject to the obligations carried by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the maturity of existing systems, identify uncovered risk areas, implement and monitor the implementation of action plans.
• Supervise field teams and draft deliverables for clients (report, audit framework, presentations).
• Contribute to our growth by participating in commercial development actions, external visibility, and our internal projects.
• Support companies in the creation of the Internal Audit function (resources, skills, subjects, audit charter, audit plan).
• Travel to be expected in France and abroad.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Higher education degree, Business School or Engineering School or 3rd cycle university degree;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial audit / within an internal audit or internal control department in a company / in a consulting firm;
• Significant experience on assignments related to Sarbanes-Oxley / SOX regulations;
• A first experience in supervising work or mentoring interns / junior collaborators;
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written;
• Excellent writing skills and mastery of office tools;
• Organization, rigor, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit, dynamism, and managerial potential to successfully complete your assignments and collectively satisfy our clients;
• Travel to be expected in France and abroad.
