We work with clients in different sectors facing a variety of challenges such as mergers and acquisitions, project finance, strategic planning, accounting and tax structuring. As a Professional, you will:
- Assist the team in carrying out valuation and modelling engagements
- Manage projects and clients on a day-to-day basis
- Provide support to junior team members (associates) in guiding and accompanying their work outputs
- Present valuation/modelling findings internally and externally to clients
- Build a network around your peer group internally within PwC and externally collaborate in external and internal business development
- Coach junior staff in a mix of technical valuations skills, financial modelling skills, industry knowledge and soft skills.
- Assist and take part in various internal initiatives to assist the team in delivering those initiatives (such as digitalization, industry specialization, value creation etc)
- Work increasingly on integrated service offerings, so you’ll be involved in projects with other Deals teams like Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Business Restructuring and Debt Advisory
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
About you:
- We are looking for a French or Dutch-speaking Professional
- Minimum 2 years of commercial, client-facing valuation and modelling work experience ideally in one of the big four, in a bank, in a private equity, in a small boutique or any other relevant structure
- Direct involvement in delivering and managing valuation and modelling engagements is a key requirement for applying for this position
- Experience of carrying out valuations for different purposes (M&A transactions, financial reporting, disputes etc)
- Hands on financial modelling experience
- Experience with PowerBi, Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical skills but tempered with an ability to think laterally
- Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work effectively in teams on occasion to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others
