This is a Manager level position within the Line of Service Advisory, Specialism Advisory - Other. We are looking for a Scrum Master with solid experience in agile frameworks and advanced English, capable of promoting self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement environments, accompanying multiple teams in their execution and evolution. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Agile professional to join PwC and contribute to complex projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Main Responsibilities:
  • Agile Leadership & Servant Leadership:
    • Exercise facilitating leadership, promoting trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
    • Protect the team from external interruptions and scope changes that may affect sprint commitments.
    • Drive an environment focused on continuous improvement and growth of agile maturity.
  • Scrum Ceremonies & Team Execution:
    • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Keep team artifacts updated (iteration backlog, sprint goals, metrics).
    • Ensure the team's focus on iteration objectives and assigned PI Objectives.
  • Flow, Delivery, and Impediment Management:
    • Identify, manage, and escalate impediments affecting delivery, quality, or predictability.
    • Minimize the impact of incidents or interruptions during sprints.
    • Support the team to ensure an efficient and sustainable workflow.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
    • Promote conversations based on team metrics (velocity, flow, quality, predictability).
    • Facilitate retrospectives and ensure follow-up and execution of improvement actions.
  • Collaboration with Product Owners:
    • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and preparation.
    • Foster clarity, alignment, and balance between scope, priorities, and team capacity.
    • Ensure items are ready for execution and aligned with sprint goals.
  • Tools & Engineering Practices:
    • Support agile delivery using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
    • Promote modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, TDD awareness) without defining technical standards.
    • Coordinate with UX, Architecture, and systemic teams to facilitate impediment removal.
  • Cross-Team Coordination & ART Events (SAFe):
    • Support the team's preparation and participation in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
    • Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers for ART planning and execution.
    • Represent team needs and dependencies without assuming the role of train facilitation or decision-making.
