SITECH is a business conglomerate with the portfolio spans of steel, petroleum, machine tools, large-scale manufacturing, chemicals and mining sectors. We are looking for an ambitious professional to fill the vacancy of Managing Director for our mining and mineral processing business. This position is based In Islamabad / Taxila however, it involves extensive and regular travelling to Mining sites in Northern Areas.
Job Profile
- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, risks, and business ventures to achieve and sustain profitability.
- Own full P&L responsibility, drive revenue growth, control operational costs, and maximize business profitability.
- Implement a forward-looking approach for the identification of challenges emerging trends to ensure long-term profitable growth.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and government authorities.
- Ensure that Company and regulatory policies are communicated to all levels and followed in letter and spirit.
- Lead site teams to ensure safe, disciplined operations and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
- Monitor production targets and optimize equipment use while maintaining strict product quality and HSE compliance.

- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, driving a results-driven, customer-focused approach.

- Possess familiarity with Mining operations.
- Adapt to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience and Other Requirements
- Must have 18 to 20 years of experience in relevant industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
